These terms cover the Halvia iPhone app and the service behind it. Apple's standard licence agreement for apps also applies: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Where the two differ, Apple's agreement governs your use of the app itself.
What Halvia is — and is not
Halvia reads the Apple Health data you choose, keeps a copy to summarise it, and lets you connect an AI assistant to those summaries. It shows wellness information, not medical advice. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and nothing it or a connected assistant says replaces a clinician. If something concerns you, consult a doctor.
Your account
You sign in with Apple. You are responsible for the assistants and people you connect; a pairing or share code is a key, and anyone who enters it gets what it unlocks until you revoke it. You may delete your account at any time in the app.
Subscriptions
Halvia Pro is an auto-renewing subscription bought through the App Store, monthly or yearly, with a seven-day free trial where offered. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation; the subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Prices are shown in the app in your local currency. Refunds are handled by Apple under its terms.
The free tier keeps the last seven days of steps, active energy, sleep, resting heart rate and workouts.
Acceptable use
Use the service for your own data, or data someone has shared with you through a share code. Do not attempt to read another person's data, defeat pairing, or overload the service.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee it; syncs can be delayed and assistants can misread a summary. We may change features and these terms; material changes are announced in the app.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Quantum Digital Plus Pty Ltd is not liable for decisions made on the basis of information shown by Halvia or by an assistant connected to it. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
